PRC Testimonial

So when I came in your store I was greeted by all the guys that were working at that time, which I thought was very nice. At that time I was approached by Mike A. who asked how I was and what it was that I was looking for.(By the way all the guys also greeted my wife and daughter who tagged along for the ride). I told him I needed shoes but wasn't sure of what to get and explained that I had some concerns. His next response was, have a seat and lets talk. So I told him essentially what I said in the first paragraph and in no time he had his own shoes and socks off giving me an education that I don't think I could have gotten even from my own doctor. He was so informative about the whole subject putting it all into layman's terms, and really taking the time to explain every one of my concerns.

After all that came the shoes. He measured me. Made me walk, really taking the time to check out my arches and foot strike. I think I tried on about 8 different pair until he knew I was happy and he was sure that the pair I had on fit just right. We then went over different inserts to help me with the plantar fasciitis and the reasons that they would help me. We also talked about a kit from triggerpoint that would be of very good use for me, although he didn't push that on me because it was rather expensive. All said and done I bought the shoes, the inserts, the kit from triggerpoint and a reflective vest, that I felt I needed to feel safer on the road. Now I'm not a rich man but I was happy to spend the money because I felt everything that Mike presented to me and my family (which by the way he never left them out of the conversation) made perfect sense and would be very beneficial to my training and my recuperation. I'm now about 2 weeks into training and I'm using the dvd every night and things are going well. A little slow with the healing but I feel I'm going in a positive direction. Mike did tell me to be patient and it may get worse before it gets better. But keep at it and it will pay off.

I know this has been a rather long letter, but I think it was worth the time to write it to let you know how happy I was with your store and especially Mike for all he did for me.

My family and I talked about your store all the way home. So as you can tell I am a very satisfied customer and I don't think I'll ever buy my running gear from any other store again.
